TY4-2 Antistatic Agent

TY4-2 Antistatic Agent is a specialized chemical product developed for synthetic fibers and their blended fabrics. It is an effective antistatic agent that can prevent static electricity from accumulating on fabrics, thus reducing dust adsorption and enhancing the comfort of the wearer. It can also improve the electrical conductivity of synthetic fibers and reduce the risk of electric shock.

Basic character:

Exterior: Light yellow to colorless transparent liquid

Ionic property: cationic

PH value: 6.0-8.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: can be diluted with water in any proportion

Characteristics and advantages:

Usage method:

Take polyester antistatic finishing as an example:

Impregnation method: antistatic agent 1.0-2.0% (o.w.f.) (100KG fabric added to 1-2KG product); Bath ratio 1:10→ immersion 15-20min at room temperature → dehydration → drying → setting (190℃*30sec)

Dipping method: antistatic agent 15-30g/L (1000L water added to 15-30KG products); Dipping working liquid (rolling residue rate 70-80%) → drying → shaping (190℃*30sec)

Dust-proof and antistatic treatment of synthetic fiber fabrics.

Recommended storage temperature 5-40℃, in a cool ventilated warehouse closed
