Refined Penetrant is a high-quality, water-soluble penetrating agent designed for use in the textile industry. It is specially formulated to improve the penetration of dyes and chemicals into textile materials, resulting in better color uniformity and improved performance of textile products.

Applicable fabric:

Mainly used for cotton, linen, chemical fiber, cellulose fiber fabrics.

Product Features:

This product is suitable for the smelting and cold pile process and dyeing process of cotton and its blended fabrics to improve the dyeing effect. The processed semi-products have high whiteness and good wool grade, and have a good effect on the removal of slurry oil in the fabric pretreatment process, greatly improving the quality and effect of the pretreatment, and can also be used in the cold stack process.

Instructions:

Pre-treatment: 1-3g/L (100-300g product in 100L of water, and so on)

Dyeing: 0.5-2g/L

Rope scouring and bleaching: 0.5-2g/L

Continued boiling and bleaching: 5-10g/L

Cold rolling process: 6-15g/L

Scope of application:

1. It is used as a special penetrant for dyeing.

Handling/Storage/Transportation:

Storage: properly stored in the original packaging at room temperature, placed in a clean, covered, suitable container, this product will not cause any difficulties in handling and storage. Prevent freezing and avoid exposure to heat and cold. The color does not affect the quality performance.

Packing: 125 KG/plastic drum

Shelf life: 6 months (in the initially sealed drum, counting from the date of delivery under the specified conditions. The sealed drum should be tightly closed immediately after sampling or use).
