Specification of Anti Back Staining Soap Oil

Anti Back Staining Soap Oil is widely used in textile pretreatment and post-finishing washing process. Good ability for emulsification, dispersion, permeability. It can remove all kinds of dirt, grease, floating color and so on. In the denim washing process, the effect of washing and de-pulping is improved.

Excellent property for emulsified washing, permeability, strong ability to decontamination cleaning, effective removal of cotton grease, cotton gum and removal of floating color, also with function of preventing floating color re-contamination.

Application of Anti Back Staining Soap Oil

It can be diluted with tap-water as required

Dosage：

Dye-works   Bath ratio      1:15-30   1-3%（o.w.f）(1-3kgs of this product can be used for 100kgs of fabrics)

Washing plant:  Bath ratio      1:10-15   1-2%（o.w.f）（N.B.：300-500g is used for 600 lbs of machine）

Scope of Application of Anti Back Staining Soap Oil

Used for desizing & fermentation washing at washing plant, printing and dyeing factory.

Storage, Packaging & Transportation 

Packaging:  Plastic barrel at 125 kg / barrel Store in a cool, dry & ventilated place; avoid from direct sunlight and high temperature.

Shelf life: 6 months

Transportation:  Non-dangerous goods  

Notes

1. It is recommended not to use it in the same bath with fixing agent, penetrant and other additives, which may lead to the decrease of stability and deepening effect. If there is a need, please do compatibility test first to confirm whether it is feasible.

2. According to the particularity of vulcanized black food wool fabric, please be sure to clean the dust on the cloth when using this product.

3. For sulfurized black fabric, it is recommended that the pH value of the working solution be maintained between 5.5 and 6.5, too acidic will lead to the decrease of deepening effect, too alkali will lead to the decrease of stability.
