【Specification】
Direct & excellent hydrophilicity, antistatic, fabric can be given soft, dry and fluffy feel. It is stable for acid, alkali, electrolyte and hardness under normal application conditions.
Do not recommend for use on white fabrics alone due to slight yellow，Yellowing can be improved by combining with Tegopren 7008 Tegopren 5884 or Tego emulsion 4001s; also, a certain degree of silicone hand feel can be got to the fabric. For indigo fabric and/or denim, excellent anti-oxygen decolorization will be obtained after finishing.
【Application】
Antioxidant is a liquid that is easily diluted and used in cold water. Easy to add to formula products, it is a good assistant emulsifier. Antioxidant can be compounded into high concentration dispersions，and it is widely used in fabric, non-woven fabric and yarn.
Use methods：overflow, spray, padder & Ready-made washing machine, etc.
Application details
It is usually recommended to dilute 10% of the dispersion and then use it directly.
Padding method：5-8g/L antioxidant agent
Dipping method：0.2-1% (o.w.f) antioxidant agent（40℃ x 20 minutes）
For denim indigo fabric antioxidant functional finishing, recommended dosage is 1-2% of raw solution（o.w.f)

ASTM Method 129-1990 standard：
The indigo dyed denim was exposed to high humidity ozone environment. The color fastness is tested, and test is done through the color changes after 1, 10 and 20 cycles. Compared with the original sample, to rate by gray-card, the higher the grade is, the better the oxygen resistance is (Level 5 is the best).

【Notes】
1. It is recommended not to use it in the same bath with fixing agent, penetrant and other additives, which may lead to the decrease of stability and deepening effect. If there is a need, please do compatibility test first to confirm whether it is feasible.
2. According to the particularity of vulcanized black food wool fabric, please be sure to clean the dust on the cloth when using this product.
3. For sulfurized black fabric, it is recommended that the pH value of the working solution be maintained between 5.5 and 6.5, too acidic will lead to the decrease of deepening effect, too alkali will lead to the decrease of stability
