TY-XS2012 is uitable for hydrophilic and handle finishing of polyester and cotton fabrics. In the finishing process, the fabric has excellent properties of hydrophilicity, moisture absorption and sweating, antistatic, easy decontamination and so on. Compared with Nonionic polyether hydrophilic silicone finishing agent, the finished fabric has better handle and hydrophilicity. TY-XS2012 can be combined with silicone products to give fabric excellent hydrophilicity and excellent handle, and effectively solve the problem of fabric hydrophilicity and handle which can not be taken into account. Product can be directly diluted by using cold water, it is easy to use, and with good compatibility.

Application:

1. It is recommended that TY-XS2012 be diluted to 20% content for use.

2. Dipping (Impregnating/Macerating)：TY-XS2012 (20%)  dosage 0.5% - 1.5%（o.w.f）Liquid rate 70%  temperature：drying at 100℃ - 130℃, final setting  150-190℃

3. Padding：TY- XS2012(20%) dosage 5-15 g/L  padding (liquor retention 70%), drying 100-130 ℃, final setting 150-190 ℃

Notes:

1. It is recommended not to use it in the same bath with fixing agent, penetrant and other additives, which may lead to the decrease of stability and deepening effect. If there is a need, please do compatibility test first to confirm whether it is feasible.

2. According to the particularity of vulcanized black food wool fabric, please be sure to clean the dust on the cloth when using this product.

3. For sulfurized black fabric, it is recommended that the pH value of the working solution be maintained between 5.5 and 6.5, too acidic will lead to the decrease of deepening effect, too alkali will lead to the decrease of stability.
