Textile Finishing Auxiliary Hydrophilic Softener

TY-168 Hydrophilic Softener is a highly efficient textile auxiliary agent that is specially designed for hydrophilic finishing of cotton, polyester, and its blended fabrics. The product is composed of high-quality materials and advanced technology, which ensures its excellent performance.

Application of Hydrophilic Softener:

Immersion method：1-4%（o.w.f）（100KG fibre to be added 1-4KG Hydrophilic Softener）

Bath ratio 1:10-15

Temperature: 35℃-40℃

Time frame: 10min-30min

Dipping：

10-50g/L（1000L water to be added 10-50KG Hydrophilic Softener）

Single-dip-single-nip padding or single-dip-double-nip padding;

Scope of application:

Suitable for hydrophilic soft & smooth finishing for cotton polyester and its blended fabrics.

Storage, Packaging & Transportation:

Packaging:   Plastic barrel at 125 kg / barrel Store in a cool, dry & ventilated place; avoid from direct sunlight and high temperature.

Notes:

1. It is recommended not to use it in the same bath with fixing agent, penetrant and other additives, which may lead to the decrease of  stability and deepening effect. If there is a need, please do compatibility test first to confirm whether it is feasible.

2. According to the particularity of vulcanized black food wool fabric, please be sure to clean the dust on the cloth when using this product.

3. For sulfurized black fabric, it is recommended that the pH value of the working solution be maintained between 5.5 and 6.5, too acidic  will lead to the decrease of deepening effect, too alkali will lead to the decrease of stability.
