Fluffy Softening and Brightening Agent is a highly effective textile auxiliary designed to enhance the softness and brightness of fabrics. This specialized formula is formulated with a unique blend of chemicals that penetrate deep into the fibers of the fabric, resulting in a fluffy and soft texture that is both comfortable and pleasing to the touch.

Benefits:

TY-XS 8809 is a multi-functional finishing agent with functions as fluffying, softening, brightening and smoothing. The prominent futures of TY-8809 are: using safety, optimizing process, and solving the trouble of many kinds of additives being used; avoiding the appearance of silicon spot in fabric finishing, and solving the problem of common amino-silicone oil, such as sticking to roller and vat or cylinder due to emulsification problem, etc.

The finished fabric will not be yellowing. Fabric can be be provided with fluffy, soft, smooth, bright, delicate, elastic feel. And the brightness of the fabric is improved.

Application:

1) Dipping (Impregnating/Macerating): 1- 4％（o.w.f)    

2) Padding: 10-50g/L;  double-dip-double-nip padding （pickup/liquid retention 60-70%）→110℃~130℃ curing → 160℃~190℃ final shape setting

Storage, Packaging & Transportation: 

Packaging:  125kg / barrel Store in a cool, dry & ventilated place; avoid from direct sunlight and high temperature.

Shelf life: 6 months

Notes:

1. It is recommended not to use it in the same bath with fixing agent, penetrant and other additives, which may lead to the decrease of stability and deepening effect. If there is a need, please do compatibility test first to confirm whether it is feasible.

2. According to the particularity of vulcanized black food wool fabric, please be sure to clean the dust on the cloth when using this product.

3. For sulfurized black fabric, it is recommended that the pH value of the working solution be maintained between 5.5 and 6.5, too acidic will lead to the decrease of deepening effect, too alkali will lead to the decrease of stability.
