Enzyme Solution

Enzyme Solution is a high-quality textile auxiliary that is specially designed to help textile manufacturers achieve desired fabric effects. It is formulated with a unique blend of enzymes that can be used to achieve a variety of fabric finishes, including softening, color fading, and more.

Composition of Enzyme Solution:

Cellulase，Citric Acid

Benefits of Enzyme Solution:

1. The thermal stability is good, the effective temperature range is 30 ℃ 65 ℃, and the optimum temperature range is 35 ℃ 55 ℃;

2. The adaptability of pH value is strong, the effective pH value range is 4.0 ≤ 8.5, and the optimum pH value range is 5.0 ≤ 7.5;·

3. After polishing, the fabric has the best color, with good shade and bottom-protection;

Application of Enzyme Solution：

Equipment: the product is suitable for jet overflow dyeing machine and other equipment with strong flow mechanical force;

Use level：Recommended amount for dyeing factory 0.15-0.3% OWF（The specific dosage of the user should be determined by the test.）；

Recommended amount for washing factory 200-300 g/600 Pound per machine

Time：20-80 min

Temperature：30-55℃

pH： 5.0-7.5

Storage, Packaging & Transportation:

Packaging:  Plastic barrel at 30kg / barrel Store in a cool, dry & ventilated place; avoid from direct sunlight and high temperature.

Notes:

1. It is recommended not to use it in the same bath with fixing agent, penetrant and other additives, which may lead to the decrease of stability and deepening effect. If there is a need, please do compatibility test first to confirm whether it is feasible.

2. According to the particularity of vulcanized black food wool fabric, please be sure to clean the dust on the cloth when using this product.

3. For sulfurized black fabric, it is recommended that the pH value of the working solution be maintained between 5.5 and 6.5, too acidic will lead to the decrease of deepening effect, too alkali will lead to the decrease of stability.
