【Main Ingredients】

Surfactant and high molecular polymer compound.

【Product Features】

1. The unfixed acid dyes and electrolytes on dyed and printed textiles have excellent adsorption, cleaning, dispersion and suspension effects, thereby improving the fastness of textiles.

2. It has excellent anti-staining effect. It can prevent white ground from staining for printed fabrics, and it can prevent staining of equipment during the dyeing process for dyed fabrics.

3. There is stratification in the storage process, and it will not affect the use after shaking.

Appearance: light yellow transparent liquid

Solid content: 20%±0.5, high concentration 40.5±0.5

     PH value: 7-9

     Ionicity: anion/non-ion

     Solubility: easy to disperse in water

【Instructions】

Add soda ash to adjust the pH value to 10-12, generally use soda ash 1-2g/l. 80°*15 minutes.

     Dipping method: 6g/L (high concentration 1 open 2)

     Padding method: 6g/L (high concentration 1 open 2)

    It is suitable for the printing of acid dyes and the soaping of dyed fabrics.

Handling/storage/transport

Storage: properly stored in the original packaging at room temperature, placed in a clean, covered, suitable container, this product will not cause any difficulties in handling and storage. Prevent freezing and avoid exposure to heat and cold. The color does not affect the quality performance.

Packing: 125 KG/plastic drum

Shelf life: 6 months (in the initially sealed drum, counting from the date of delivery under the specified conditions. The sealed drum should be tightly closed immediately after sampling or use).
